台灣擁有深厚的賽鴿文化,除了目前的賽制,應該可以容納更多元的賽事,體現賽鴿運動更多的面向.創造種賽鴿的附加價值.黃氏認證有感於此,正在籌劃新的賽鴿組織,賽制,希望提供鴿友更多的選擇.

In view that Taiwan has its rich culture in pigeon racing with space to accommodate more diversified racing system in addition to the current one, HLDAS is putting effort to establish a new organization and racing system to grant pigeon fanciers with more choice.

籌劃新組織與新賽制是項艱鉅的任務,黃氏認證團隊將在本網站及自建網站/部落格逐步勾勒藍圖,爭取鴿友的認同及參與.更希望更多有心人投入我們的工作,確保我們任務的成功.

To establish a new organization and racing system has never been an easy task,
HLDAS team will try to sketch a blue print step by step to solicit fancier's
understanding and support. Of course, we hope that more people would join our effort to ensure the success.
